Shipping Locations: We currently offer delivery within Kolkata only.
Processing & Dispatch Time: Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 4-6 hours of being placed. We recommend placing your order early in the day for same-day delivery.
Delivery Time: Delivery will typically occur within the same day, depending on your location within Kolkata.
Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of ₹150 is applied to all orders.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp with an estimated delivery time.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

Non-Returnable Items: As our mithai is perishable and freshly made to order, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. You can reach us at hellomaskaa@pruneanpony.com or via WhatsApp at +91-918910827091, providing your order number and clear pictures of the issue.
Refunds & Replacements:

For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the issue is reviewed and approved.

Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If you’d like to add products, please place a new order and leave us a note so that we may ship it together.
