Shipping Locations: We deliver Pan India. However, delivery availability varies by product—some are Pan-India, others limited to select Tier 1 and 2 cities. Please check PIN code eligibility before ordering.
- Processing & Dispatch Time: Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within the same day, if the order is placed before 1 pm. All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during weekends will be dispatched in the following Monday.
- Delivery Time For Kolkata Orders: For orders within close proximity to our Headquarters, delivery may be completed via porter for instant delivery times and customer satisfaction. For others, delivery will typically occur within the same day.
- Delivery Time For India Orders: All tier 1 cities will deliver within 24-30 hours. Tier 2 cities will deliver between 24-48 hours. Tier 3 cities will deliver between 48-72 hours.
- Shipping Charges: We take serious precautions to ensure that your package arrives you safely and in precise conditions for you to enjoy. Our team carefully packs your order in a foiled envelope for perfect insulation, and then packs it in a carton to avoid any damage during transit. Since chocolates and mithai are temperamental and our country's weather is unpredictable, we also use ice packs to keep the items cool. Hence, for all the effort and love we prepare your shipment with, we charge a mere shipping fee of ₹200 on all orders to keep our team satisfied, and your Butter Half in appropriate conditions.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp with an estimated delivery time.
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
- Non-Returnable Items: As our mithai is perishable and freshly made to order, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. You can reach us at contactus@pruneanpony.com or via WhatsApp at +91-918910827091, providing your order number and clear pictures of the issue.
- Refunds & Replacements:
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the issue is reviewed and approved. Our agent may reach out to you telephonically to understand the matter better.
- Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel, refund or make any changes to the order. If you’d like to add products, please place a new order and leave us a note with your existing order number and name attached to that particular order, so that we may ship it together.
