Ganache Preparation
We start with the finest chocolate, slowly blending it with warm, rich cream to create a velvety smooth ganache. This rich, creamy center is the essence of every truffle, delivering an indulgent melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Infusing Flavor
Next, we add our unique, rich and robust flavours made with homemade purees, marmalades, aromatic spices and teas like cardamom and earl grey, alongside our quirky flavours like key lime pie, strawberry and balsamic, & cherry cordial. Some classic favourites are the dark chocolate with sesame or the orange and hazelnut. Each infusion creates a unique taste profile, adding depth, character and memories to our truffles.

Shaping to Perfection
Once the ganache sets, we hand roll each truffle with care, ensuring a smooth exterior texture and a balance of flavours with the round decadent chocolate coating and the filling itself.

Finishing with Elegance
The truffles are then dipped in tempered, glossy chocolate to form a delicate shell. Finally, we adorn the truffles with toppings like crushed nuts, seeds, or hint of edible metallic leaf called ‘varak’, giving each truffle a signature finish that’s both beautiful and delicious. Our brand signature, the Earl Grey Chocolate Truffle stamped with our ‘M’ emblem, is not only oozing with flavour, but adds a super luxe finish to any gift box for your loved ones.
